================================= Reseller Terms and Conditions ================================= Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a precondition of access to services provided by Monsoon Web Services. By placing an order for services from Monsoon Web Services you are indicating your agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. ================================= A. GENERAL ================================= 1. Resellers must agree to the <a href="hosting_terms.php">Hosting Terms and Conditions</a> and ensure that their clients also comply with those terms and conditions. 2. Resellers are free to set their own prices for hosting plans ordered from Monsoon Web Services. 3. Resellers bear sole responsibilty for billing and collecting payments from their own clients. 4. Monsoon Web Services reserves the right at all times to: i. refuse a reseller account, service or agreement. ii. terminate a reseller account, service or agreement. ================================= B. DISCOUNT STRUCTURE ================================= 1. The discount applicable to any given hosting order or renewal is determined by the number of <i>currently active</i> hosting accounts (including, in the case of an order being placed, the new account) that the reseller may be responsible for. For example, if a reseller already has 4 accounts hosted by Monsoon Web Services and places an order for a fifth, the new account (and any renewals for the remainder) will attract a discount based on having 5 active accounts. If the same same reseller then loses an account, any renewals for the remainder will attract discounts based on having 4 active accounts. 2. Monsoon Web Services reserves the right to alter the discount structure without notice. In the event that the discount structure is altered the new discount will take effect on the renewal date of any existing hosting accounts and the reseller will be notified of the new prices at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. See also item A7 of the Hosting Terms and Conditions. 3. In the event of a dispute, Monsoon Web Services will have sole discretion as to what discount and/or price is applicable. ================================= C. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT ================================= 1. These terms and conditions must be honored by all customers and resellers of Monsoon Web Services. 2. These terms and conditions will apply equally during the initial period and any subsequent renewal periods of your account. 3. Monsoon Web Services reserves the right to alter, add to and change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
